To start your water service, make payment arrangements or make other changes, please complete the appropriate form below and email to email@example.com.
Changes cannot be made until the appropriate form is received at the District office.

– To establish water service.
– To establish an automatic bimonthly payment directly from your Checking or Savings account with your financial institution.
– To establish a duplicate copy of the water bill for your tenant.
– If you are experiencing a financial hardship, this form allows you to make an arrangement to pay on a future date with no penalties.
