Changes cannot be made until the appropriate form is received at the District office.

If you have any questions or need assistance, please call our office at 916-991-1000 during business hours Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m to 4:00 p.m.

– To establish water service

 – To establish a duplicate copy of the water bill for your tenant.

– If you are experiencing a financial hardship, this form allows you to make an arrangement to pay on a future date with no penalties.
